Privacy Policy
Effective Date: December 17, 2024
In this policy, we explain: what data we collect and why; how your data is handled; and your rights with respect to your data.
We do not sell your data.
This policy applies to all products and services built and maintained by eSolutions 88, LLC.
What we collect and why
Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. Here’s what that means in practice:
Identity & access
When you sign up for one of our products, we ask for basic identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
This allows us to:
- Provide essential product functionality,
- Communicate important product updates,
- Secure access to your account.
Billing information
If you sign up for a paid service, you will be asked to provide your payment information and billing address.
Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
Product interactions
We store on our servers the content you upload or process through our Services.
We may retain this content as long as your account remains active, unless you choose to delete it. If you delete your account, the content will be immediately inaccessible and fully purged from our systems (including backups) within 90 days.
Website interactions
We collect information about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes (e.g., performance monitoring, product improvement, and conversion testing).
This includes your browser and OS version, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and load times.
If you’re signed in, analytics data may be linked to your user account until your account is deactivated.
Anti-bot measures
We use third-party CAPTCHA services across our applications to help protect against brute force logins and spam.
Cookies
We use first-party and some third-party cookies to store preferences, simplify your user experience, run A/B tests, and support analytics.
A cookie is a small piece of text stored by your browser. It may store login preferences, browser type, OS, pages visited, and other data.
You can configure your browser to block cookies; however, some parts of the Services may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
Voluntary correspondence
When you email us or contact support, we keep your message and email address to provide future support and maintain a history of correspondence.
When we access or share your information
We only access or share your information in the following cases:
- To provide the Services you’ve requested.
We use a limited set of third-party subprocessors (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics) to operate our products.
- To investigate and prevent abuse.
Access to a user’s account for abuse investigations is a last resort. We aim to protect the privacy of all parties while ensuring safety and compliance.
- When required by law.
eSolutions 88, LLC is based in the United States. If we are legally required to disclose user data (e.g., by a court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority), we will comply with applicable U.S. law.
It is our policy to notify affected users before sharing data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
- Tax or regulatory audits.
If required by a tax authority, we may share billing-related information (e.g., billing addresses, invoices, tax information) but only the minimum necessary.
How we secure your data
All data is encrypted using SSL/TLS during transmission between your browser and our servers.
We also apply industry-standard security practices, including secure hosting, encrypted storage, and restricted access controls.
What happens when you delete your content
When you delete any content, it becomes immediately inaccessible.
Accounting for database backups, all deleted data is fully purged from our systems within 90 days.
Location of site and data
Our products and web properties are operated in the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S., please note that any data you provide will be transferred to and stored in the U.S.
By using our Services and providing your data, you consent to this transfer.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
