Thank you for using our products and services.
When we say "Company," "we," "our," or "us" in this document, we are referring to NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) ESB06835631, located at Avinguda Catalunya 37 Bajos, 25500, Pobla de Segur, Lleida, Spain.
When we say "Services," we mean any product or service created and maintained by NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L., whether delivered via a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or any other format.
When we say "You" or "your," we refer to the individuals or organizations that hold an account with one or more of our Services.
We may update these Terms of Service in the future. These updates are typically made to clarify terms or reflect changes in our policies. When we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify account holders.
By using our Services, now or in the future, you agree to the latest Terms of Service. This applies to any of our current or future products and any features we may add over time. If we choose not to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms include an important limitation of liability.
1. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You may not use the Services for any unlawful, unethical, or immoral purpose.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, including content posted by others who have access to your login credentials.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
2. Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes
- If any of our Services offer a free trial, the duration will be clearly stated at signup.
- After the trial period, payment is required to continue using the Service. Failure to pay will result in access termination.
- If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, your card will be charged immediately and your billing cycle will begin on that day.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Where required, we will collect and remit taxes on your behalf. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
- All purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you have a recurring plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated.
- Deleting your account may result in immediate termination of your subscription.
3. Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. We provide tools within the Services to do so. Email or phone requests are not considered valid cancellations.
- Upon cancellation, your content will become inaccessible immediately. Within 7 days, all content will be permanently deleted from active systems. Within 90 days, all backups will also be deleted.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of your paid period, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not receive a refund for the unused time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services for any reason at any time.
- Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Company employee or officer may result in immediate account termination.
4. Uptime and Security
- Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not offer formal service-level agreements (SLAs), though we take uptime seriously.
- We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds that of other customers and negatively impacts service performance. When possible, we'll try to contact you before taking action.
- We take multiple measures to secure your data through encryption, backups, and redundancies.
- We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services.
5. Copyright and Content Ownership
- All content posted on the Services must comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Services. Your content remains yours.
- We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right (not the obligation) to remove content we deem inappropriate or illegal.
- The names, look, and feel of the Services are copyright © NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without our express written permission.
- You must request permission to use our logo or any service logos for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to revoke this permission if you violate these Terms.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.
- You may not modify another website to falsely imply association with NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L.
6. Features and Bugs
- We design our Services carefully, based on our own experience and customer feedback, but we make no guarantees that they will meet your specific requirements.
- We test all features before release, but like any software, our Services may have bugs.
- We prioritize fixing bugs related to security or privacy, but we do not guarantee completely error-free Services.
7. Liability
NAKAMOTO EUROPE S.L. shall not be liable, in law or equity, to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, service interruptions, or inability to access the platform;
- The cost of procuring substitute goods or services;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
- Or any other matter relating to these Terms of Service or the Services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lleida, Spain, unless applicable law provides otherwise (including mandatory consumer protection rules that may entitle consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence).
